Notice is hereby given that the Fifty-sixth (56th) Annual General Meeting of the Manly Life Saving Club Junior Activities Group (Manly Nippers) will be held on Sunday 10 July, 2022 commencing at 3pm. The meeting will be held in the main hall of the Manly Surf Pavilion, South Steyne.
Agenda
- Confirmation of minutes of the 55th Annual General Meeting
- Adoption of the 55th AGM Report and Financial statement
- Election of the office bearers for the 2022/2023 season
- Election of the Age Managers for the 2022/2023 season
- Acknowledgment of the Manly Nipper sponsors
- General Business as may occur
- Close of meeting

VOTING ENTITLEMENTS – Annual General Meeting
Persons eligible to vote at the JAC Annual General Meeting shall be;
- Persons elected to JAC Executive and JAC Management Committees
- Members of the MLSC Board
- Financial JAC/Parents/Guardian members
A member wishing to nominate for office for the 2022/2023 season should complete the form below and return to the JAC Chairman in person or via email admin@manlylsc.com 7 days prior to the AGM.
For the avoidance of doubt that will be no later than Sunday 3 July 2022 @ 14:59
