Registration Days - Sundays 14 and 21 September 2008  9am - 12 noon
Sawtell Training Camp - 1, 2 and 3 October 2008
First day on the beach - Sunday 5 October 2008 

Carnivals:
SNB (Branch) Selection Carnival (12-14's) - 12 October 2008 (to be confirmed)
Manly Junior Carnival - 16 November 2008 - helpers required from 5am.
JuniorBranch Championships - 8 February 2009 TBA
State Carnival - at Swansea Belmont 20 , 21 and 22 February 2009
National Championships (Under 14's) - 19, 20, 21 and 22 March 2009 at Scarborough WA.

Level One Officials Course
Surf Life Saving Sydney Northern Beaches will be running a Level One Officials course for new Carnival officials on Saturday 30 August at Mona Vale SLSC. The Course will run all day.

Next season all Carnivals both Nipper and Open, will have quotas for officials based on the number of competitors (which means large numbers required from Manly due to the number of competitors we have).

Manly LSC needs to add to the current group of members who officiate at Carnivals, particularly for Nippers. At the moment most of our nipper officials are not Nippers parents and have other commitments around the club.

We need at least six new officials so take along a friend and please note that it is not necessary to hold a Bronze Medallion.
